May 4, 2012 - (RealEstateRama) -- Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (CHFA) is seeking proposals from qualified respondents to develop a plan for capital improvements and redevelopment of State-sponsored Housing throughout the State of Connecticut (the “Capital Plan”). The 2012 QAP will apply to all LIHTC applications beginning in 2012, including those applying in September, 2012.

Congress is currently considering legislation that would slash federal low-income home energy assistance grants. Rep.
