Representative Joe Courtney (CT-02), Senator Richard Blumenthal (D-Conn.), Senator Chris Murphy (D-Conn.), and Representative John Larson (CT-01) released letters they sent jointly to Connecticut insurers regarding efforts proposed by the State of Connecticut to provide relief to homeowners burdened by crumbling foundations in central and eastern Connecticut.
