The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) released 90 percent of the state’s total FY2014 LIHEAP funds in November under the Continuing Resolution of 2014. Today’s nearly $10 million figure represents Connecticut’s remaining LIHEAP funds for this fiscal year, which total $77,412,553.
