** Using Componentization to Reduce Income Taxes with Ted Lanzaro Jr., CPA, CFE, CrFA (Lanzarro CPA LLC)
Componentization is cost segregation for smaller properties without the expensive engineering study. Essentially, you break the purchase price of a rental property down into the component parts of the property i.e. driveway, roof, cabinets, carpeting, etc. This helps investors save on taxes in two different ways. Investors will learn:

– How componentization can increase depreciation and reduce taxes
