Connecticut Real Estate Investors Association (CTREIA) Announces Meeting With Dave Lindahl On June 14, 2010
West Hartford, CT – June 7, 2010 – (RealEstateRama) — The Connecticut Real Estate Investors Association, or CT REIA, in association with Dave Lindahl, is announcing the CT REIA June 2010 monthly Connecticut real estate investors meeting. This event will take place on Monday, June 14, from 5:30pm to 9:00pm, at the Crowne Plaza Hotel on 100 Berlin Road in Cromwell, CT. This event is free for CT REIA members, and $30 for non-members.
Dave Lindahl, the guest speaker, is one of America’s most successful, hands-on, real estate investors. He has written 3 best selling books: “Commercial Real Estate Investing 101” co-authored with Donald Trump, “Emerging Real Estate Markets” and “Multi-Family Millions”. Dave calls himself “a burned-out landscaper” who 14 years ago made the decision to invest in real estate properties. Over time, he developed his own real estate system. One of his key areas of focus over 14 years of doing property deals was finding money to invest. Many investors have experienced a downtrend in the past two years, but Dave has been able to take advantage of the wide array of real estate deals. Today he controls over a quarter of a billion dollars in real estate across the country. At this meeting, Dave will teach attendees: how to buy apartments and increase monthly cash flow, how to buy and utilize storage units, how to generate income utilizing eBay, how to find private lenders in a tight lending market, how to avoid the co mmon mistakes many real estate investors make, and much more.
In addition to Dave Lindahl, this meeting offers a series of networking opportunities. Starting at 5:30, attendees can network with one another, meet local businesses, and meet local service providers. Starting at 5:45 there will be an early bird workshop.
