The Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (CHFA) is committed to helping first-time homebuyers obtain homeownership. Since studies indicate that housing counseling reduces the likelihood that a homebuyer will become seriously delinquent, CHFA is requiring homebuyer education for ALL CHFA loans reserved on or after May 1, 2015. West Haven Housing Authority Receives $111,942 Federal Grant To Address Veteran Homelessness
