Come see a house that you might throw in the trash because it is too much work.
See this at the beginning of the project.
You will see several plans for the rehab. Plus you will review the estimate of repairs.
Then come back in 2 months and see the finished product.
This will have you pulling leads out of your trash can!
This is a single family cape in North Haven. There is an addition on this one that has an approximate 3-4 foot drop from the kitchen where a wall has been removed.
You will learn to look at raw space and not be scared away by how a property looks in its existing condition.
Note: Dress warm and wear comfortable shoes. There is no heat at this property and is a job site.
