Connecticut Real Estate Investors Association (CT REIA) Announces The Connecticut Women Real Estate Investors Meeting And Dinner
West Hartford, CT – April 20, 2010 – (RealEstateRama) — The Connecticut Real Estate Investors Association, or CT REIA, in association with the Women Real Estate Investors Association, or WREIA, is announcing a new meeting and dinner. This meeting will take place on Tuesday, April 27, 2010, at Alina’s Ristorante (formerly Georges II Restaurant), located at 950 Yale Avenue in Wallingford, CT from 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm. The cost of this event is $25 for CT REIA and WREIA members, and $35 for guests. All prices include dinner. It is advised that interested parties pre-register for this event.
Attendees will meet and learn from two of CT REIA’s most successful women real estate investors. Guest speaker Elana Suzanne, a professional home stager and designer, will share here skills as a top-level designer. Elana will discuss the essential tools for selling properties and renting apartments, and making your own home more appealing. From curb appeal, to choosing the right color of paint for the front door, to what floors are the best.
Guest speaker Michelle Lorenzetti, a real estate agent and CT REIA member, will share her tips for finding the right real estate agent for investment properties. Michelle will discuss: time saving tools, the reason why using real estate agents who understand real estate investing are so important, how to get in on the best deals by working with REO agents, key questions needed to properly analyze real estate deals, and more.
The Connecticut Women’s REIA (WREIA) is an organization designed specifically for women to educate, empower and encourage women to invest in real estate.
