Connecticut Real Estate Investors Association (CT REIA) Announces New Real Estate Investor Workshop Program

West Hartford, CT – January 26, 2010 – (RealEstateRama) — The Connecticut Real Estate Investors Association, or CT REIA, is announcing a 3-day new investor workshop program. This program will begin on Thursday, February 4th, 2010. Additional dates for the program are February 11th and 18th. These meetings will take place at the Comfort Inn in Meriden, CT, from 6:00pm to 9:00pm. Tuition for this 3-day program is $140 for CT REIA Members, and $180 for non-members.

Students will learn the basics of investing in real estate. The program will cover the basics of wholesaling, rehabbing, selling quickly, and holding for long-term income. Topics that will be discussed include: creating lead generations, working with realtors as part of buying and selling strategies, finding great investment properties, inspecting properties with confidence before you invest, how to evaluate every deal, make offers with confidence, how to wholesale properties, estimating and managing projects with confidence, dealing with contractors, the art of retailing, landlording tips, and much more.

CT REIA is an organization that provides motivation, networking opportunities, and up-to-date education for people that want to buy their own home or investment property in today\’s real estate economy.
