“It’s just a very pleasant place,” said Musto. “It’s nice to live in a community where there are others with similar life experiences. There are a lot of dog owners here, and we like to walk around with our dog. We’re also very close to Roosevelt Forest. There are lots of recreational opportunities relatively close by.”
Maple Oak Reserve also features a putting green, underground utilities, irrigation system, alarm system, maintenance-free exteriors and 2 x 6 construction, which Docherty said helps lower utility costs by allowing space for more insulation. Each unit has either a 12’ x 12’ foot deck or patio.
Standard features include many amenities that would be considered add-ons elsewhere: oak hardwood flooring, gas fireplaces, granite counters in the kitchen, whirlpool tubs and frameless showers and crown moldings in the living room, dining room and master bedrooms. For a limited time, the builder will finish off the bonus room over the garage, adding up to an additional 400 square feet of living space.
