CHFA Announces two (2) 2011 Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Application Overview Sessions
January 13, 2011 – (RealEstateRama) — The Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (CHFA) is pleased to announce two (2) Application Overview Sessions for the 2011 Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Program have been scheduled for:
Monday, February 7, 2011
and
Thursday, February 10, 2011
Sessions begin at 9:00 a.m. sharp and are estimated to last for 2 hours
The sessions will be held at CHFA, 999 West Street, Rocky Hill, CT in the boardroom.

To register, please contact Pat Spring, Connecticut Housing Coalition at pat (at) ct-housing (dot) org no later than Tuesday, February 1, 2011 for the first session and February 7, 2011 for the second session.
The 2011 Qualified Allocation Plan is pending approval by the CHFA Board of Directors in January, 2011.
CHFA will be posting the complete Joint Application with the 2011 9% Low-Income Housing Tax Credit attachments shortly.
