Connecticut Real Estate Investors Association (CT REIA) Announces Real Estate Workshop Weekend With Nyrik And Linda Huuskonen

Middletown, CT – March 18, 2010 – (RealEstateRama) — The Connecticut Real Estate Investors Association, or CT REIA, in association with Nyrik and Linda Huuskonen, is announcing a 2-day real estate workshop weekend on March 27th and 28th, 2010. This event will take place at the Exley Science Center, Room 121, at Wesleyan University. The Science Center is located at 45 Wyllys Avenue in Middletown, CT. Tuition for this weekend workshop is $595, and includes lunch and free admission for an additional guest.

Attendees of this weekend workshop will learn how to buy houses for less than the price of most cars. Attendees will learn several important factors in determining a good real estate investment property. Learn about the best places to invest in real estate. Attendees will look at various markets and find that a home location might be the best place to live but not to buy. Learn how to analyze the real estate deal. Find out if a real estate deal really is a deal before committing to the investment. Learn how to build a team of successful professionals. Find out how to build a team, what the team should consist of, and what each team member needs to contribute. Learn how to setup an asset protection plan. Make sure assets are protected and wealth should be preserved for years and possibly even generations. Learn how to manage a growing portfolio of real estate investments. A carefully executed exit is just as important as thoroughly planning entry into a portfolio. And finally,   learn how to bring everything tgether in order to optimize the investors success. This workshop takes place in a relaxed classroom setting and is the perfect environment for attendees to ask and have answered all of their real estate questions. This weekend is standalone or is the first step in preparing for our upcoming spring road trips.

Nyrik and Linda Huuskonen started buying real estate 23 years ago. They now own real estate in five states and are proud to have had their daughter join them at the age of 17 in building her own portfolio. Nyrik and Linda have successfully taught many New England investors how to purchase properties and grow their real estate portfolios.
