At this meeting, attendees will walk through a property in North Haven, Connecticut that is getting ready to undergo a rehab. This project will show you how to evaluate a potential deal that looks like a throw away at first glance.

See this house at the beginning of the project. Opening Doors LLC will show several plans for the rehab and attendees will review the estimate of repairs. This project is a single-family cape style home. There is an addition that has an approximate 3-4 foot drop from the kitchen where a wall has been removed.
