Washington, D.C. – February 1, 2015 – (RealEstateRama) — The Department of Housing (DOH) and the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (CHFA) are pleased to announce the State-Sponsored Housing Portfolio (SSHP) Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA).

In accordance with the SSHP Capital Plan, DOH and CHFA are making available approximately $18 million for the rehabilitation or redevelopment of eligible SSHP properties. This NOFA is focused on projects that are consistent with the recommendations of the Capital Plan.

Please note that this NOFA is open only to the eligible properties listed in Exhibit A of the NOFA, and is focused on projects that are consistent with the recommendations of the Capital Plan.

Applications for funding under this NOFA must be submitted electronically the Share Point portal no later than Wednesday, April 27, 2016 at 4:00 p.m.

An overview conference for questions and answers regarding the SSHP NOFA will be held on Wednesday, March 2, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at the Lyceum, 227 Lawrence Street, Hartford, CT.

Parking is available at The Lyceum and also at the nearby Seventh Day Adventist Church on Russ Street.
