The first meeting of this 6-month program will take place on Wednesday November 6, 2013 from 6:00pm to 9:00pm at the Four Points Sheraton, 275 Research Parkway, Meriden, CT. Students of this program will learn all about the various aspects of buying houses, multi-family homes, and apartment buildings in Connecticut. The experienced coaches for this program are seasoned investors who have closed hundreds of deals to date. Combined they have over 66 years of experience investing in real estate. Students will receive the most effective information for: managing business operations; achieving short and long term business goals; business marketing; negotiating; owner financing; lease options; finding business partners; real estate investing; property renovation and maintenance; tenant management; contracts; settlement statements; strategies for success; motivation; communication skills; and more.
