Notice of Public Comment Period for 2012 Draft Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Procedures

March 6, 2012 – (RealEstateRama) — At its February 23, 2012 meeting, the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority Board of Directors approved the draft 2012 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Procedures and then proposed amendments to the 2012 QAP and LIHTC Procedures for public comment. The 2012 QAP will apply to all LIHTC applications beginning in 2012, including those applying in September, 2012.

Please forward any comments you may have regarding the amendments to the 2012 QAP and LIHTC Procedures to:

For those wishing to make a comment in person, one public hearing will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, March 30, 2012 at the CHFA Offices at 999 West Street, Rocky Hill, Connecticut.
