There is just one home left ̶ a Deerfield style — in Phase 1 of construction. At 2,900 square feet, the Deerfield is the largest model available at Cranberry Hill.

The 12 homes in Phase 2 of construction continue to sell briskly. Phase 2 is about 50% sold out. An Avon style home is available and ready for immediate occupancy.
“We had a good August,” Nettleton noted. “It’s usually a quiet month for sales but we were able to sell two more homes, so we’re very encouraged as we approach the fall market.”

Nettleton said the third and final phase of construction has moved forward ahead of schedule.

Each Cranberry Hill home feature state-of-the-art kitchens, walk-in master closets, gas fireplaces and oak floors, along with generous use of high-end materials like marble, stainless steel and custom paneling. There are four different floor plans ranging in size from 2,000 to 2,900 square feet.
