GUEST SPEAKERS

Edmund F. Schmidt is the Assistant City Attorney for the City of Bridgeport with the Curtis, Brinkerhoff & Barrett PC law firm. Trustee, Connecticut Trust for Historic Preservation. Former Member of Darien Planning and Zoning Commission; South Western Regional Planning Agency.

Paul Antinozzi is President of Antinozzi Associates, Architecture and Interiors in Bridgeport. In addition to maintaining a prominent architectural practice Mr. Antinozzi has been involved with civic activities for much of his career.

David Kooris is Vice President and Connecticut Director at Regional Plan Association, the nation’s oldest regional planning organization conducting research and advocating for progressive environmental, economic, and social policy across the New York Metropolitan region since the 1920s.

PANELISTS
Caroline E. Vary joined Jonathan Rose Companies in 2007 to lead development projects in the Connecticut regional office.

Michael J. Cacace is the founding partner of the Stamford law firm of Cacace, Tusch & Santagata. He holds a B.A. degree from Fordham College and a J.D. degree from New York Law School, and is admitted to practice before the courts in Connecticut and New York.

Alan J. Plattus is Professor of Architecture and Urbanism at the Yale University School of Architecture, where he teaches courses on architectural history and theory, urban history and design, and directs the School’s China Studio.

Jeffrey R. Dunne is a Vice Chairman at CB Richard Ellis, Inc. and oversees the Suburban New York Capital Markets group that sells, recapitalizes income producing office, retail, multi-family and industrial assets.
